Most US orders arrive in three to five business days, and once the cart clears $200 that shipping is on us. Turnaround is quick — an order usually goes out the next business day — and the moment a label is printed you get a tracking number, so the parcel is followable start to finish. When it lands, refrigerate for the near term or freeze for a longer hold; any compound that wants special handling says so on its own page.

Cross $200 and shipping is free
The moment your cart hits $200 the shipping charge drops to zero on its own — no coupon, nothing to paste in. Below $200 a flat rate applies, and the supplier's checkout spells out the exact number before you pay.

What's actually in the parcel
The vial
A sealed glass vial under a nitrogen cap — lyophilized powder, or a pre-mixed solution for the liquid listings. It rides fine at room temperature; chill or freeze it once it arrives, following the note on its product page.
The CoA
The certificate for the exact lot you received — the ≥98% HPLC figure, peptide content, lot number and test date. Need it as a file? The supplier will pull a digital copy against your order number any time.
Discreet outer packaging
A plain outer box with nothing peptide-related on it. The label carries the supplier's generic business name, and the compound isn't printed anywhere on the outside.
No bacteriostatic water
Lyophilized vials arrive dry — the solvent isn't included, so you'll want bacteriostatic water in the same order. A 30 mL bottle ($11.69) is the usual first-order add and reconstitutes two to four vials.
Customs and duties
US orders that sit under the de minimis value usually clear without any customs charge. Go over that line — or ship to a country with stricter import rules — and the courier may collect a duty when it hands the parcel over.
Any such charge is on the recipient, not us. Every international shipment goes out with the standard paperwork the courier needs — commercial invoice, HS code and declared value — already attached.
If it turns up damaged or goes quiet in transit
Box or vial damaged on arrival? Photograph it before you open anything further, then send the supplier the shots and your order number. A vial that arrives broken is normally replaced at no charge.
If tracking sits still for seven business days or more, flag it to the supplier — most "lost" parcels are just parked at a sort facility and start moving again once a carrier trace is opened. The supplier runs those lost-package claims with the carrier on your behalf.
Returns
The supplier processes returns. The short version:
- Sealed, unopened vials in their original packaging can generally go back within 14 days of delivery.
- Opened or reconstituted vials can't — break the nitrogen seal and the lot can no longer be vouched for, so the supplier won't put it back on the shelf.
- Broken on arrival is a replacement, free, once the supplier has looked at your photos (see above).
To open one, email the supplier with your order number — the return contact is in your checkout-confirmation message. Once your returned parcel reaches them, expect roughly five to seven business days to process.
Where to put it once it lands
Sealed lyophilized vials
Into the freezer at −20 °C, where a sealed vial keeps 24 months or more. It tolerates the trip at room temperature, but long-term it wants the cold.
Reconstituted vials
Fridge at 2–8 °C and use inside 28 days. Don't freeze and thaw it — the peptide takes real damage each cycle.
Pre-dissolved liquids
Already dissolved, so straight into the fridge on arrival. Good for the shelf life on its product page — usually six to twelve weeks at 2–8 °C.
